New Roles for Finance - Making an Effective Contribution in your Executive Team

ICAEW - Chartered Accountants Hall, London
Wednesday 21st May 2003 6pm
It has never been more important to earn the trust of investors and others who have a stake in the business. This is not just about how financial results are presented, or what is disclosed. It is a fundamental question about real business performance and how it is achieved. Right now, capital investment is in steep decline and opportunities in the external world are limited. Focusing on good management and organisation is the imperative - the way your company actually works.
This seminar explores:
- What the board of a company that wants to take improvement in management and organisational performance seriously needs to do
- What finance directors who want to make an effective contribution to the leadership and performance of the business need to do
Come and share your ideas and experience with Simon Court , Managing Director of Value Partnership who will talk on the themes outlined here.
