Much of Value Partnership’s work with HR teams focuses upon transformation and change. In particular, working with HR Directors and teams in making the shift from a function which is primarily operational in focus, to one where they are also working as key players on the business agenda.
Our aim will be to create a participative session and share lessons about:- What are the major business drivers of HR change in organisations?
- How do you ensure that the voice of the customer is kept in focus?
- What are the critical challenges that HR teams face in managing their own transformation?
- Where should you start the journey?
- What success would look like?

Organisation planning – groundbreaking research with Ashridge
Companies have budget plans and review performance against plan. They also have strategic plans and strategic reviews. But few companies have formal organisation plans or organisation reviews. Is something missing? Would formal organisation planning improve the execution of strategy or improve the strategy making process?
Value Partnership and Ashridge Strategic Management Centre, a research unit within Ashridge Business School, are hosting an initial dialogue. Participants will share their current processes and discuss the need for a formal organisational planning process.
Research will take place between September - December 2005
