Simon Court
Simon is the founder and CEO of Value Partnership. The practice is rooted in his focus on business performance, the capabilities it takes to achieve it and how to make real change happen on the ground. He works as a coach to senior executives and executive teams in a variety of household name companies, including Lafarge, Electronic Arts, O2, Canon and Serco.

Previously, Simon was a Director of two companies including a major division of Ericsson in the UK. His consulting experience spans 20 years and a wide variety of industries and cultures, including 2 years based in Milan and work in France, Switzerland, Germany, Canada, Jordan and the USA. He has worked in management for BPB and Thorn EMI, and he has an MBA from Warwick Business School.

Geoff Rogers
Geoff is a Director of Value Partnership. He has extensive experience in executive development, change management and the impact of globalisation on people and organisations. He is also an executive coach who brings extensive general management experience to his role as a consultant. His recent clients have included Associated British Foods, Northcliffe Newspapers, Land Securities, LECG and BT.

Until 2001 he was HR Director for Standard Chartered’s Global Markets business; he has also held major appointments as HR Head for Europe/US and Group Head of Management and Organisational Development. Geoff has worked extensively in Asia Pacific, the Gulf and South Asia. His earlier career included the Royal Air Force, British Aerospace and Quaker Oats. Geoff has an MBA from Warwick Business School.

Mike Regan
Mike is Chairman of Value Partnership. Mike has worked in top teams of significant international organisations, where he has been responsible for providing organisational capability and development input in a highly business focused manner. He has significant exposure to executive development and organisational change in a multi-national environment.

Mike has held senior HR executive roles with Thorn EMI, the NG Bailey Organization and AB Electrolux, where he headed up the Group’s HR activity. He continues to sit as a Non Executive Director on Boards, across both the public and private sector.

Nickie Fonda
Nickie Fonda is a Non - Executive Director of Value Partnership. She has wide experience of collaborating with senior leaders and their teams, across many sectors, to establish capability strategies that anticipate, and respond to, the dynamics and challenges of the business environment.

She is the former Managing Director of an international strategic management consultancy, and a former business development adviser with the UK's Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has a long track record as an entrepreneur, business director, organisation consultant, executive coach and mentor, and is author of numerous articles and reports on aspects of organisational and people development. Nickie started her career in Europe with Glaxo and has worked as a Director of the Brunel University Management Programme. An American by birth, she has a Masters in Management from the London School of Economics.

Don Young
Working as a member of the top team of leading companies, Don has made significant contribution to business and performance strategies. In doing this, he has worked with the best contemporary thinkers about organisations and strategy. He now consults on the linkages between strategy and organisation.

Don's work has taken him all over the world in marketing, operations and top Human Resources roles, including positions as Director of Organisation and Human Resources in Thorn EMI plc and Redland plc. He is the co-author of ‘Having Their Cake’(Kogan Page), an examination of the effects of the relationships between the financial markets and top management.

Dominic Laffy
His interest and the focus of his work have been helping people use information to make better decisions. At various stages this has involved being an engineer, expert systems manager, business school tutor and consultant. Experience includes system design and implementation, management development and management consultancy for clients such as Thorn Security, Lafarge and Harper Collins. Co-wrote “Managing Retail Productivity and Profitability”. He has a MBA from Manchester Business School.

Jane Court
Jane has worked with Value Partnership as their business manager since July 1998. Jane’s previous experience lies in the television world, making documentaries for Channel 4 and prior to that she worked as an HR consultant, 8 years of which were spent with Herbert Smith law firm.

Keith Bradford
Keith has extensive, senior level experience of the International HR environment, covering all parts of the globe.
This includes, mergers, acquisitions, business and cultural integration, major re-structuring/downsizing , the challenges of rapid growth, globalization, and the change management issues associated with them. He has in depth experience of establishing and leading global talent and career development activities.
Keith has particular expertise and interest in working with globalising Asian or expanding European Company’s, in assisting those going through business “step change” to determine whether their people agendas and HR capabilities are still “fit for purpose”, and in coaching and mentoring HR professionals.
Until quite recently, Keith was Senior Vice President HR, for the Global Consumer Healthcare business of GlaxoSmithKline, with previous roles as SVP HR for Pharmaceutical Operations, and HR Head the Company’s International Division. He has also headed major HR functions in Europe, Manufacturing and Research and Development, together with specialist roles in Leadership Development.

Donald Mungall
For the past 20 years, Donald has been consulting predominantly in the oil and gas, health, and financial services sectors. He has enjoyed long-standing consulting relationships with organisations such as Shell, both in the UK and internationally, BP, and other smaller European companies; the NHS from national to local levels; the International Stock Exchange and financial regulatory bodies. Donalds expertise is in Organisation Development and Behaviour, blending these skills with a pragmatic, task-oriented, business focus. He specialises in the development of top teams in the context of major change, with the attendant executive mentoring and coaching at one end of the spectrum and large group events facilitation at the other. He worked in local government and then for Shell International before becoming Shell UK's Head of Organisation Development and Change Support. Donald has a business degree and an MA in Organisational Psychology.

Suzanne Pollack
Dr Suzanne Pollack has worked at Henley Management College in a number of roles, including, Director of Corporate Qualifications Programmes and Director of Open Executive Programmes. She is now a Client Director within Henley’s Company (bespoke) Programmes area. Suzanne is also a member of Henley’s Human Resources and Organisation Design/ Development Faculty Group.

With a PhD in how people experience change, Suzannes consulting experience spans 15 years and her areas of expertise include leadership development, executive coaching, change management, teambuilding and strategic consulting. Suzanne is a Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and is qualified to work with a range of psychometrics.

Sarah Rose
Sarah is an experienced HR professional with broad experience as both a consultant and practitioner in “blue chip” companies. She began her career with Rolls- Royce Plc and her subsequent experience has included: Head of HR for Television Studio Production Resources with the BBC, Head of HR for Rolfe & Nolan Plc (Computer Software and Services), and Senior HR roles with Standard Chartered Bank both as a senior business partner in Technology and Operations and as an internal consultant working on a range of international projects. Sarah has also worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers as a consultant in the HR and Organisational Development practice. Recent consulting assignments have included work for Zurich Financial Services, GE, Cable and Wireless, and the NHS. Key areas of expertise and interest include: Organisation and Job Design; Managing Change; Talent Management and Development; Reward and International Mobility. Sarah is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Nicky Burton
Nicky’s background is in HR, organization and leadership development, primarily in the financial services, professional services and technology sectors. Her career includes senior international HR and organization development roles in Prudential and Dell. More recently she was a director of a consultancy specializing in executive development and Group Head of Talent Development for Standard Chartered Bank.

Nicky has worked extensively with leadership teams to improve performance and support change; she has also designed and developed processes, programmes and tools to identify, develop and engage talent at all levels.

Nicky is an experienced coach and facilitator and her organization experience combined with her training in gestalt psychotherapy, NLP and yoga enable her to work effectively with individuals, teams and large groups to achieve sustained behaviour change.

Rob James
Formerly Head of Executive and Leadership Development at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Rob has a depth of experience in the leadership challenges facing senior managers in international organisations. His particular expertise is in working with executive teams and individuals to improve business performance. He has written a number of papers on top team development and leadership competencies in the 21st century and has consulted extensively in the areas of talent management and high potential development.

With an MBA and qualified in a number of diagnostic tools, Rob has also worked as an executive coach and business mentor in a variety of organizations world-wide. In 2005/6 these have included: BG Group, Linklaters, Coca Cola Enterprises, Roche, Honda, UK Home Office, Royal Bank of Scotland, UK Atomic Energy Authority and Danske Bank.

Earlier in his career Rob headed one of Europe’s leading consultancies in business psychology and also spent a number of years in the UK Armed Forces. He was Head of Leadership and Management Studies at the Royal Navy’s University and was appointed an MBE in 1993 for services to leadership development.

Vanessa Couchman
Vanessa specialises in helping organisations to improve business performance through better use of communications with all stakeholders, including staff. She is a highly experienced communications consultant and business writer, and has run her own consultancy business. Following 10 years in the publishing industry, she held senior appointments with the Audit Commission, where she was a member of the executive management board. A fluent French speaker, Vanessa has an MBA from Warwick University and a first degree from Oxford University.

Gilly Boken
With a strong business background and experience in learning and personal development, she works primarily in large organisations in the field of organisational change and people effectiveness. Some of the companies Gilly has worked with include BA, Vodafone, Argos, Boden, BP and Star Alliance.

Gilly offers specialist coaching for business people from all disciplines in developing a more creative approach to work. Her interests include the application of psychology to the development of broader business thinking, and innovative interventions which create sustainable behavioural change in individuals and teams.

Her experience spans over 20 years and includes leadership development, process facilitation, developing coaching techniques, and building high performing teams.
She has an MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University and an Advanced Diploma in Psychology from the University of London.

Agnes Roux-Kiener
Agnes’ experience is in the organisational transformation arena (architecture, culture, process, project, structure and change management). She is a regular speaker in conferences on HR transformation and on project management. Prior to becoming a consultant, she was with Unilever for over ten years working as the Head of Organisation Effectiveness, Worldwide, supporting leaders to change their organisations and running workshops to build organisational capability. She developed tools and frameworks in process management, change management and project management. Agnes’ earlier experience was with IBM.
 

Colin Angoy
Colin has held both senior operational and consultancy roles, with a common thread of organisational improvement. His expertise and area of focus centres around how to design and make organisation’s work effectively, through changing the behaviours of its people.

Colin’s career spans over 20 years. Having started out as an engineer, he soon acquired the skills to drive change in complex and challenging environments, typically involving a clash of cultures. He has since been involved in and led a number of transformation programmes in Orange, France Telecom, BMW and Land Rover. Colin has an MBA from Warwick Business School.

Robin Stafford
Robin has been consulting on the translation of strategy into implementation, through effective programme and change management. This has encompassed business strategy, planning and organisation, project and change management, the exploitation and management of technology, and outsourcing. His clients have been in both the private and public sectors, in particular in financial services and large multinationals (in the UK and overseas). Much of this has involved working with senior management and project sponsors and managers, in facilitative or coaching roles.

He previously worked in a Group role for a major international bank, with responsibilities for business programme management, and for business operations and technology strategy and organisation worldwide. He originally worked in the IT industry in programme management and sales and marketing, in the UK and overseas.

His clients have included Barclays, Standard Chartered, NatWest, Unilever, New Holland, Siemens, Thames Water, Bank of England, Houses of Parliament, HM Treasury, Metropolitan Police, Criminal Record Bureau, Surrey County Council.

Paul Galante
Paul is a multi-cultural consultant with deep experience of working in the areas of strategy implementation, strategic change management, and leadership development. He has worked throughout mainland Europe, in the UK and North America in a wide variety of sectors notably including process industries, FMCG, financial services and professional services. Some of his recent clients include Lafarge, BAT, Starwood, Finalyse, and CGI.

Previously, Paul was a director in the European Strategic Change practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, based in London. Prior to that, he was a manager at Value Added Europe, a spin-off from Boston Consulting Group, based in Brussels. Paul has an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles, has pursued post-graduate studies in organisational psychology, and is certified in the use of various psychometric and other analytical instruments. He speaks French, Italian & English fluently, and has a working knowledge of Spanish.

Andreas Reusch
Andreas' business experience covers 15 years in different management functions and several years as a consultant. Being educated internationally with a French baccalauréat and Swiss law degree, Andreas earned a doctorate degree in Swiss law.

As a consultant, some of Andreas’ focus has been on individual coaching and training of senior executives, team effectiveness and conflict management as well as assessment of senior executives. He has extended experience in working with conflict-prone teams of (senior) executives on the emotional and relationship level by both individual and collective measures to increase both individual and team working and management effectiveness. Recent activities include assignments with Deutsche Telekom, Bombardier, Jungheinrich (in Germany & France), BDO and Lufthansa.

Andreas’ background combines consultancy and corporate roles in management development and human resources. Former roles include Vice President Human Resources of AOL Europe and Senior Vice President Human Resources of Premiere Pay TV (Bertelsmann and CANAL+). Andreas is German and speaks fluent French and English.

Melanie Carlebach
Melanie is an experienced consultant working in the areas of leadership development, coaching and internal communications. Her current client list covers both the UK and Europe where she has done some major change management work with HR teams on moving to a business partner model. Melanie is a French speaker.

Her previous experience includes generalist HR roles in the Telecomms, Technology and Media sectors with her most recent corporate role being VP HR Europe for The Walt Disney Company. In this role, Melanie helped transition the team to a shared services model with centres for excellence in learning and development, and compensation and benefits.

Melanie is a qualified NLP practitioner and Member of the Association for Coaching.
